TALK TO US SPECIAL: KIING LU

Today, we have a music exec in our midst !. Nice to have you on today’s episode of TALK WITH US Kiing Lu, let’s know you officially, what’s your real name?

My Name is Lucas Emodi

You seem to posses the Larry Gaga, DJ Khaled style of music. What’s the motive?

Well after pursuing a music career in 2005, I saw the need to help other artists grow. After acquiring the business knowledge | decided to be an enthusiast.

We need to make and protect good music.

Looking back at your past musical career do you’d have been a breakout by now?

Maybe yes, maybe no. The industry isn’t a ground where you define your blow time. You move with the wave. A child who started music tomorrow can become a great start over someone who started 20-30 years ago. It’s all time and chance

Let’s discuss the Exec lifestyle,How has the journey been so far as a music exec seeing you’ve worked with major music labels before?

It’s been great actually, having the experience of an artist/producer combining with talent management and exec is a career blend of success so we thank God for his grace and blessings

People (especially artists)  always ask questions on how to get themselves in the sight of all these big labels. What’s your professional advice?

It’s all about putting yourself out there. The big fishes are watching and most of them are the fans you don’t know. Don’t let them down. Show them the sine in you. Show them why you’re worth being invested funds and expertise into. Keep up with the steeze

How did you go curating artists for your projects?

Music is all about having good networks.

I get the best beats done and call on talents that fit to part of it.

What are we expecting next from Kiing Lu?

The tag ‘when you’re up! You’re up!’ Is the motto. Expect more militancy

What’s your professional advice for upcoming artists out there on their journey to stardom?

If you believe in yourself, never give up just believe. That’s all that matters. That’s the lead
