**3. Reporting Copyright Infringement**

3.2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the Hafrikplay platform are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3.3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate the material.
3.4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
3.5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
3.6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
**4. Counter-Notification by User**
If you believe that content you posted on Hafrikplay was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be provided in writing and include the following:
4.1. Your physical or electronic signature.
4.2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
4.3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4.4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of Nigeria, for any judicial district in which Hafrikplay may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
**5. Action Taken by Hafrikplay**
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Hafrikplay will:
5.1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
5.2. Notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
5.3. Provide the complaining party with a copy of the DMCA notice.
5.4. If a valid counter-notification is received, Hafrikplay may restore the removed material, unless the complaining party files a court action against the user who posted the material seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on the Hafrikplay platform.
**6. Repeat Infringer Policy**
Hafrikplay has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. In cases of repeated copyright infringement, Hafrikplay may also limit the user's ability to use the platform.
**7. Changes to the DMCA Policy**
Hafrikplay reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
