Favour Etuk (born January 18, 1990s) known professionally as Kaptain is a fast-rising Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He came to the spotlight in 2018 after he dropped the hit single, Money Must Drop, which included Afro-pop artist, Effizy. On the 20th of March, 2020, he scored another achievement for himself after he dropped his most streamed and talked about EP, Kapacity. He often calls himself Boy Kaptain. He has credited artists like Erigga, P-Square, 2Baba, Naeto C, Wande Coal, 50 Cent, Tupac Shakur, Falz, Lil Kesh, Yung6ix, and The Notorious B.I.G for affecting him musically.
Talented with a decent voice and sound, he joined the ensemble during his pre-teenager years to serve the Lord and build up his expertise. Within a couple of years, he had effectively become a decent performer and was at that point creating melodies. The project garnered massive streams disregarding the short period in which it was dropped. Every single from the EP project was a hit that generated more fans day by day. The project including his dropped sings has generated millions of streams across all streaming platforms. Kaptain not refusing to be stingy with his fame worked with some other artists like Corizo, Kontrolla, and a vast of others. He and Corizo, Snazzygrin, and Kontrolla cooperated to deliver the pop single, Shortcut To Success.
