Every once in a while, an artist emerges who doesn’t just follow the sound — he expands it. Vuga Kvngz is that artist. With the release of his new album Rhythm & Rage, he invites listeners into a world where Afrofusion meets Trap Soul, and emotion becomes rhythm.
Based in Istanbul but proudly rooted in Nigeria’s vibrant soundscape, Vuga represents the next generation of African global artistry — unconfined, expressive, and deeply human.
RHYTHM MEETS FIRE: THE SONIC BALANCE
Rhythm & Rage thrives on contrast — the soft and the sharp, the love story and the war cry. From the sensual pulse of “My Way” to the raw heat of “Trap Work”, the album flows seamlessly through moods and moments, reflecting the artist’s emotional depth.
“Jigga ft Ralph” brings playful bravado; “Stuck in My Ways” slows things down for reflection; and “Blicky Talk ft Mister B” closes the project with grit and conviction.
It’s a musical experience crafted not just for the ears but for the soul — a project that balances melody, meaning, and movement.
AN ARTIST ROOTED IN CULTURE, DRIVEN BY AMBITION
Born in Imo State, Nigeria, Vuga Kvngz (real name Chiedozie Eze Walter) began his creative journey after university, turning life lessons into lyrics. His relocation to Istanbul opened new creative doors, allowing him to merge Nigerian rhythm with global influences.
Through his growing label World Boyz Entertainment, Vuga and his team are pushing the limits of African music and lifestyle representation abroad. The label also powers Worldly Activities, a live event series, and World Boyz Collective, a fashion-forward creative hub — together forming a movement that amplifies African culture in new spaces.
RHYTHM, RAGE, AND REBIRTH
Beneath the trap drums and melodic layers lies a deeper message — the fight between rhythm and rage mirrors every artist’s inner war. For Vuga, it’s a story of rebirth, resilience, and artistic freedom.
Rhythm & Rage isn’t just an album; it’s a mirror. It reflects where he’s been, who he’s becoming, and the emotions that continue to fuel his journey.
